As a Christian, this is the mantra that I strive to live by in my own personal life.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have found that this is a simple, yet powerful concept that is also effective from a clinical standpoint. It is what I use to approach the therapeutic process with every client.

I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with self-acceptance, self-image and self-worth. I believe that the root of many of these issues are formed during early childhood, which is why in addition to my work with clients, I was motivated to publish a children’s book which addresses these concepts among the younger generation. I also have a strong passion for working with clients who have experienced childhood and/or adult trauma. I approach family and marriage counseling from an attachment-based perspective, which assists clients with getting to the heart of the matter in order to discover effective solutions.
