I help families and couples navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, mental health concerns, ADHD, grief, and past trauma. By exploring emotions, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics, I provide insight that fosters both immediate progress and lasting personal growth.

Counseling is my calling. Working with families in the adolescent stage of life and helping clients thrive with ADHD are my passions.  I bring a unique perspective to my encore career, drawing from my experience as a seasoned business professional, spouse, and mother of a teenager. I understand the complexities of navigating life’s many roles and transitions, and I provide a supportive space for clients facing similar challenges.
