Supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions is at the heart of my work as a Marriage, Couples, and Family counselor intern. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and explore new ways of connecting with yourself and the people you care about. I’ve witnessed how relationships and personal growth can flourish even after difficult experiences, and I aim to help clients build patterns and connections that feel meaningful, balanced, and aligned with the life they want.

I am particularly passionate about working with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ clients, and I welcome those who want to explore how culture, family, faith, or spirituality shape their experiences. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing becomes possible when you feel understood, supported, and safe, and I strive to offer a space where that can happen.
