“I believe we all have the ability to become the best versions of ourselves. My desire as a counselor is to provide a safe space for you to find your voice and create your own journey. Life and relationships offer many fulfilling experiences, they present many challenges too. I believe when we have honest conversations, explore unhealthy patterns, and work to implement heathy ones, that fosters growth and change. Using my own experience to create connections, I am excited to work with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds, cultures, ages, and phases.”
