Ryan Rothstein
Clinical Intern
Hi there! My name is Ryan, and I am currently a counselor in training studying at Governors State University. I am pursuing a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I think that taking the first step in reaching out for help is the most difficult, but it also is a sign of strength and shows immense bravery and courage. I am honored to have the privilege of serving unique individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing and wellness. I take pride in treating clients with empathy, warmth, unconditional support, kindness, and authenticity while providing a safe space for healing to occur and progress over time. I believe that clients have the innate ability and tools needed to reach their full potential. I have experience working with diverse populations of all ages and treating issues including couple’s issues, family issues, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, parenting issues, trauma, grief, self-esteem, social skill building, career development, and life adjustment issues.
When I am not helping others through my passion as a counselor, I enjoy attending conferences, watching and attending sporting events, exercising, playing basketball, and spending time with my family and girlfriend.
