We all have a story to tell, whether good or bad. What we do with it determines the trajectory of our life. I believe that every person can build the life they desire. With the support of a therapist, I believe anyone can move from a place of stagnation to a place of growth. My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with my clients and create an atmosphere that is accepting and judgement free. I work with families, couples, and individuals of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
