My goal as a counselor is to create a safe environment where we can explore the importance of boundaries, navigating through life, and processing stressors. Our lives can be hectic, and stress can be overwhelming. Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries allows one to improve their overall needs and quality of life. I am eager to work with all ages, families, and individuals in having better tomorrows.
