Are you struggling to communicate with your partner? Have some disagreements you can’t seem to resolve? Let is help you. Join us Saturday mornings from 11AM-1PM, starting September 10th.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will work on identifying negatives patterns within a relationship. We will teach you how to:
- Learn your partner’s love langauge
- Learn how to make them feel heard and understood
- Skills to resolve conflict
- Problem solving skills for future issues you might have
