Have you been experiencing the terrible twos? Crazy eights? Or rebellious teenagers? Parenting is a tough job, especially today. Let us help you! Join us Monday evenings from 5pm- 7pm, beginning Sept. 12th for online parenting classes free. You will learn more about why kids do what they do, and different ways to communicate and motivate your children.
Through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we aim to reduce stress and anxiety in your and your child’s relationship. We will touch on skills like:
- Recognizing your child’s emotions and responding accordingly
- See your chid’s reactions as an opportunity to teach and connect
- Help your child verablize their emotions
- Communicate with empathy and understanding
- Set limits and problem solve
